72 miles up over the Bwlch (from nanty) -down to Port Talbot over to mumbles coffee stop at Castellamre -44 miles in.

on the way back if you have time and fresh legs we could drop down into Porthcawl -over to ogmore.

Not planning to ride Sunday, got my 2nd Jab Saturday afternoon.

3 of us out this morning.
Me mike hill and Rob c.
The 3 of us rode down to the start brackla looking forward to ride with other people..which turned out to be no one..the 3 of us pressed on and formed our own cycling club the Garw valley commandos.
Went over the bwlch where rob half way up suddenly turned into Marco Pantani only to be seen on the other side.
3 man pace line then down to port talbot pushing Mike's new bike with very deep section wheels to the limit.
Coffee stop at the marina. Then back home to the Garw with a 3 man pace line most of the way back.


Next week I'm not posting a club run next week as I know there are a few away doing grit fest..Good luck for the event.

However I will be riding to the devils stair case..message me if your interested.
