Good turnout this morning for all 3 groups everyone keen to burn off the Christmas period.
Light drizzle in parts.
7 Off us out today.

Me and Keith on the tandem.

Heading out we went through pencoed -miskin. Headed up Pentrch then the side of castle coch where after this the tandem was glad to get the lumps out of the way. Across Newport Cardiff flats (where in places the road surface is shocking.
Coffee stop at the bay (coffi and co). Where Mr Madley saw the time he was looking forward to going bed shopping with his wife and try them out.
Headed back through penarth past the airport through llantwit.
