Just in case anyone has slipped through the net, here's the party invitation and the agenda should be attached.
AGM - 8.15pm, Friday 1st November 2019 at the Club House
(Gilead Chapel Hall, Gilead Chapel Heol Spencer, Coity)
All members are welcome to attend, and we need plenty of attendees, so please make every effort to come along.
For those who are unaware of how the AGM in the Ogmore works; we elect / re-elect committee members, elect / re-elect delegates of the various cycling bodies, appoint auditors, confirm 2020 calendar, go through nominations for Club Person of the Year and discuss any new proposals etc.
If you have any proposals for the AGM, they need to be put in writing / email to me by the 21st October 2019.
All first claim members present, and who are fully paid up with subscriptions, are eligible to vote.
Again, please make every effort to attend, and note that by turning up, you will not be coerced into taking up a position on the committee (unless you really want one, of course!)
An up to date (final) agenda will be sent out to all members prior to the AGM.
If you are unable to attend, I would really appreciate it if you could forward your apologies.
