I'll be heading out from Brackla this Saturday afternoon. 1:00 Meet at Physiques gym CF31 2LL.

Newcomer to cycling or just getting back into it after a layoff?
Not sure if you have the speed or fitness for our Sunday club runs?
Come and join an easy paced, social ride around the Vale. Cafe stop can be included.
Build your fitness with the aim of joining our mid-week and regular Sunday rides, or just ride for fun!

All riders welcome, men, ladies and juniors (14-17) (Parental consent required or accompanied by a parent)

Pace and distance dependent on the fitness and experience of the riders on the day. Nobody will get left behind.

You do not need to be a club member to come on these runs. (applies to 3 rides for insurance purposes)

Please bring your bike in good working order and whilst I am happy to help change a puncture you will need to bring your own inner tubes or means to repair a puncture.

New rider Bruce joined me for a spin, around the lanes. Very warm day, especially when we were out of the breeze.

Didn't get lost but wasn't sure where I was, once or twice!! Surprising how much climbing you can get in, with all the little rises in the lanes.

If any 'midweekers' are reading this, keep an eye out for Bruce, he plans on joining the mid week rides and I wasn't sure exactly which lamppost you meet at!

[Tom]
