We'll be getting the rollers out, for some coaching and training this Friday, 12th January
Riding the rollers is quite a different sensation to being on the turbo, demands more concentration, help improves handling skills and is great for improving pedaling efficiency.
These session are for you if:-
1) You've never tried and want to give it a go
2) You've tried and want to get some practice in to improve
3) You want to win the 'roller derby' next month
We'll get up and running as soon as possible after 8:00pm.
You will need kit to ride in, a towel, a drink and kit to keep warm after finishing.
ps don't forget your bike!!
