Weather is looking alright. I've said that for the last 3 weeks 

So who wants to do what? Flat or hills?

Should be out, how are you managing without your “gizmos”. I find that if my cadence rises quickly it’s because my chain has snapped ! As for a route, RR1 needs finishing, maybe include Primrose hill into the route. Weather looks to be cold so a need to overdress

I'm not going to make it. My wife is in hospital with severe back pain. So I have the kids. Ron could you do the honours for RR1?

No problem Ben, we will do some of the route and talk about next weeks predicted times. I just hope the weather does not get to bad for the next few weeks.

Who’s out tomorrow, no factor 15 needed and we may visit a new cafe, to me anyway, no excuses please!

If anyone turns up we will copy Fridays ride but turn left in St A and go through Green lane to Bonvilston cafe.

Nice ride today, Mal, Ade on his new bike and me on my old legs. Ewenny roundabout Post Office Hill, Siginstone, Llanmaes, St A, Green lane, Bonvilston cafe, the Tre Dodridge, Miskin, Pencoed by sea and home. Nice to have an early start which means an early finish. If you read this then get thinking about next weeks Reliability ride, I will be doing the 3.5 hr option, weather permitting. Please let me know your thoughts, Amblers, in the RR1 page. No one will be left behind.
