TURBO TRAINING
« on: October 21, 2017, 02:20:18 PM »
It’s that time of year again when Benny has lifted her blind and said that the weather is awful. You could look out your own window, but Benny is is an expert on the “ obvious”. So Reese O has sold his TT, has he bought another or lights and waterproofs? So what are we doing on the TT,can Andy H offer us any tips and killer sessions for those boring hours and the next question is what music do you train to, or for those with the unlimited cash what do you watch on your Oled. Strictly is not on till 6 35 so get thinking and typing. Do we need a TT training night at Coity? Back to sleep.

Always happy to help if anybody needs input with regard to turbo sessions.
Probably won’t arrange turbo sessions for a Friday night as most people appear to have more attractive computer based sessions. I will however be runnng regular sessions for people interested in learning to ride rollers and to practice their skill sets on the rollers.
I will post dates in the coaching section

Andy, do we have any means for testing MHR, output in Watts etc. You did not mention your music?
