Bridgend Llantrisant Pontypridd Aberdare Penderyn Brecon Llangynidr and up the mountain (scenic for Haydn),then double back slightly down the lanes to then go up the beast that is Rhiwr Road (fit your 32 rear cassette mind),Pontypool "smashing it" down to Newport (one for Steve C there),then flats to Cardiff Cowbridge Bridgend
