For weather, this was the best night of the year. Unfortunately, only six
competitors signed-on to ride. Times were good with Nick and Will recording
seasons' best mid-week rides, and the tandem ride by Keith and Steven was
also their fastest of the season. Terry was returning to competition after his
annual holiday and was quite pleased with his effort. David Turner was a
"come and try it" entrant and aquitted himself wel for a first attempt (without
toe clips !) with his 34 - 08. Well done everone!
My thanks again to stalwarts Mary and Allan Marks, and Andy Harries for their
help with tonights' promotion.
Next week the "10" is also a "Ride what you like" event, and the last but one
mid-week event of the season.
