Unusually I have been entrusted with the social ride. I have attempted to find something that is fully shaded, all downhill, a route where I won't get lost and with a stop in the Hare and Hounds.
It will be at the pace of the slowest , no one will get dropped and I will be riding at the back to ensure this is the case.
Needless to say there is a weather warning of extreme heat so please bring plenty of water and if you feel unwell in anyway have a rest day.

Richard and myself are meeting at physiques 0900 for a steady endurance paced ride around the aberdare loop. Stop aberdare depending on what is open.
Anyone welcome , it will probably be around the 16-17 mph mark maybe slightly slower.
