Coaching & Training / Contact details for Oli (nutitionist)

Hello folks,  can someone post either Oli's surname or link his website for me please? I've just started to coach a new guy who's after some nutition advice and Oli's his man for the job given the results seen by various members of the club.

All the best, Chris

Hi Ron,

I have a Hero 3 which I use for swim coaching, it's waterproof, crystal clear image and very robust. There are loads of attachments available and most come with a helmet mount for a bike helmet. I'd certainly replace mine with the same again if it broke which I guess is a recommendation.

All the best,

Chris

You coulf take it to Argos Ron but be prepared to pay a fair old sum if you want any chrome work done.

They did my old Ephgrave which looks lovely but cost more than I'd ever tell Louise!

Excellent time Mark, you must be stoked? Lots of pb's for Oggies too, great stuff.

Sorry to hear about Norman's tumble but impressed to hear he finished the course, proper Hard Man racing! Heal quick.

Hi Mark,

All good over here thanks. Oggies seem to be having a great season, it's good to keep an eye on the results from afar.

Hello everyone, we've finally managed to get a phoneline to the house (never complain about BT, they are infinitely better than France Telecom!) so I thought I'd pop by and say hello.

Here's an interesting story about a guy I coach and how much a new frame has affected his performance. The guy lives in Devon and is a regular TT rider, aero frame, pointy hat, aero wheelset etc but has just invested a lump of cash in a second hand disc and Spesh Shiv frameset from eBay. First ride out in anger and he's dropped more than a minute off his '10' pb. The surprising thing was we're not talking 30 mins to 29, he's gone from long 22 to 21.30.

He went into the event believing the frame would make him faster and it did, his old frame was a steep geometry TT frame so the difference was certainly marginal at best.

I've caught up on some of the club results since we've gone online and have to say chapeau to everyone, it's been a good season for Oggies already.

All the best et au revoir,

Chris T

Cheers Chris, quandary now is can I just 'tick it off' or do I have to aim for a 58?

Where's the quandary? Roger Bannister didn't stop running after his 4min mile :-)

Good post Steven, The Rules site is well worth a look, the list is constantly added to as well.

X=n+1 and X=s-1 are the most important obviously!
