Hi Royh
In thinking of going out at 7am in the morning it gives me the rest of the day then,
Can you make that time. Went out this afternoon Clayton the machine nearly killed me lol.

Nice ride this morning only me and Royh out no wet weather gear needed, nice and easy pace 31.8 miles ave speed 14.08mph not bad Royh mean as it was windy most of the way around.
