Meet at Physiques for another Tour de Costa's, well one stop if your lucky, we will make up the route as we go along. Different Café each week, unlike Tom?

Update 7.15am. Rain++ so decided against riding today

After Derrick's weather warning just Jonathan and myself out this morning. Around the coast, St Brides, main road to Llantwit to avoid punctures from hedge trimming Cowbridge and back through the lanes. Did not see any rain so must have been very lucky, some heavy mist( Jon's description) but nothing to stop a hardened 25er. Good average speed for the two hour ride and no coffee stop!!!

Was roped into going to sell poppies with wife at 11 ish am- caught in deluge soaked - could get complex!!
