Hi Roy,
I'll be on the club ride but I'll see you at Brackla as I'm coming from Cardiff and I need the extra 45 minutes in bed!

Great weather we managed to avoid the rain. Nice pace and we stuck to the revised route. Stopped at cafe Tony and Louise. I would recommend this place free coffee and cakes. Thanks very much Tony Louise Terry and Tina. I didn't need to eat lunch after the cafe feast.
I'm not out next week but I'm sure someone will post a route.

Nice to see you all got back together in the end, when the 25er's approached the first round about after 100 meters we could see Kate was already dropped. After the round about there were three riders in total who had missed the cut and were left behind, this must be a record, to be left behind after 100 meters Not everyone in OVW is as familiar with the roads and lanes of Glamorgan as Tom, so we have to keep an eye on our group on corners, roundabouts etc. Perhaps it would be better if the three groups left at intervals to stop any mix up.

Nice ride today and the best cafe stop ever! Three toffee flapjacks, one piece of chocolate cake and a coffee, all for the very reasonable sum of £0-0p. We must use this cafe every week! ;D

Thanks Ron B, thats very funny as a newbie I broke the record for being dropped after 100 metres, i'm sure I will hold onto that record for a while, but yes good idea if the groups leave at separate times as your all in yellow, you all look the same to me, except for Carrie of course :)
