Steve C and I should both be ok for a ride this Tuesday in case anyone else can make it.9.30 at the B&Q roundabout as usual.All welcome of course!

Hi Tom. Andrew and me were talking about riding Tuesday. Where are you going? I'm not up for anything hugely strenuous, we were hoping for a nice jaunt round the Vale. Maybe to get that cake Ron left for me!

Hi Clare
We tend to do the same route every Tuesday-from B&Q through Troes LLangan Craig Penlline to Aberthin then up to Welsh St Donats and on to the A48 at Bonvilston.Across the road and turn down through Llantrithyd,up to Flemingstone and round the camp(St Athan) into Boverton and stop for coffee at Café Velo(sit outside-at the back-if weather ok)then back through St Donats,Marcross and round the coast-Ogmore Southerndown.35-40 miles.If that's a bit too much there is plenty of scope to shorten or take a different route to Cafe Velo and meet there for coffee.

I'll be there for as long as I can stick the pace (then retire to said coffee shop). Will park at physiques around 9 am to get bike ready and get to roundabout by 9.30 .

Highest turnout for a while today,7 of us,Steve&myself,Terry,Roy Carrie and Clare and Andrew.We set off together on the normal route but Clare&Andrew peeled off arranging to meet us at Café Velo which we managed to do!Lovely sunny morning which we all enjoyed.
Probably be out next Tuesday-watch this space!
