Matt Bottrill broke the comp record by 3 seconds this morning 45 mins 43 secs. Good but not great conditions in my opinion.....

Conditions didn't ride as good as they looked for me either Steven, though suspect that was partly the return leg breeze and partly my declining power having overcooked it on the way out. I was convinced at start and through almost the entire ride today that I was going to PB...but its amazing how quickly the average speed can tumble when riding slightly uphill into a breeze on tired legs and closing lungs!
Suppose they must have been good conditions, but I've had better on that course a couple of times. Bottrill is dominating over 3 distance categories!

Very, very well done to young Bowen (Howell) Mason who did 58.03 yesterday. Put your feet up Bowen and have a quiet day.
