Real Team 10 mile TT 2 August.
Bowen Mason     23 58
Sian Harris         "29" 53      amazing what a clean chain will do. Well done. One other thing Sian did say it was raining, so that's another ten minutes off if it ever stops.

Sian - That is a fantastic result - You have broken the back of going under 30 - Long may it continue  :D
