Title: 25ers midweek, Weds 6th Aug.

I only have 3 weeks left until the new academic year starts with a vengeance, so Andrew & me decided to arrange a midweek ride to make the most of the holidays. If anyone would like to join us, we're meeting 9.30 (well it is the holidays) at Physique on Weds. The more the merrier!

A beautiful sunny ride along the coastal road (Ogmore by Sea, Southerndown, Marcross, St.Donat's) into Llantwit for tea cake & coffee, then back through Llanmaes, Sigingstone, Ewenny. 28 miles. Planning a trip to Aberavon next Weds, for doorstep toast at Remo's on the seafront. Just me & Andrew today.  8)
