I will not be out on Sunday, is there anyone available to take on this challenge. My excuse, we pass our genes to our grandchildren they sometimes pass the odd "bug" back.

Oh dear. Poor you. I'm not out either, doing my 60 miler - Pedal for Parkinson's round the vale tomorrow  :P get well soon.
