Looks like we should get a break in the weather in time for chaingang this evening.

7pm Bridgend Industrial Estate

We'll be split into 2-3 groups depending on numbers. See you there!

A good night in great still warm conditions. Groups split up into pacers, racers and ladies who chaingang.

Racers started off with about 8, whittled down to 5 ish at the end with everyone working very well to record a 46.20. Excellent riding and super smooth.

Was on route to join the fun yesterday, but soon realised my knee wasn't up to it and had to endure an easy spin instead. Nice time!

Useless chain gang by me last night just did not feel comfortable on bike , Knees and top of legs suffering after only a few miles, bike fit and setup I think is all wrong, trip to see Mr Madeley required me thinks !

Kev, I'm guessing you rode on your road bike and not the new stealth bomber?

Yes correct Steven back on the old stallion or should i say donkey at the moment, back on the stealth bomber tonight, sent you a text message asking for help !!!
