I'll be out Sunday, 'Social' group ride, around 30 miles, steady pace, no riders droppped.

9:00 am start, car park for new Dialysis unit rear of Brackla traingle

Tony joined me for a spin out to Margam, Porthcawl (for coffee) and home via Pyle and Waun Bant road.

30 miles in the sunshine, hope for the same next week  :D
