Weather looking better this weekend, route as follows

53 miles with coffee in Cowbridge

And need to give some thought as to where we stop to pay our respects at 11 for Remembrance Sunday. Pontyclun may work.

Brief late report from Sunday’s ride.
For the record there were 6 of us out, 3 Marks, 2 Richards and 1 Karl.
Lovely mild conditions to get out on the bike and great to be out in the dry after getting drenched the last two Sunday mornings. Good group ride with the majority of my contribution from positions 5 or 6. Thanks all for dragging me around, especially the second part of the ride. Followed route as planned out to Tonteg and down through Nantgarw and Taffs Well to Tongwynlais and the climb up to Pentyrch, first time up this climb in a while for me. From here we arrived in good time in Pontyclun for the remembrance service, catching the back of the parade as we got into Pontyclun, and able to pay our respects. From here we made our way to the coffee stop in Cowbridge, it was a slow cycle into Cowbridge as we again got caught up in the remembrance Sunday crowds, and even slower in costa where the service was extremely slow. From here we then made our way home out to Llantwit and then round the coast through Southerndown and Ogmore.
Thanks all, enjoyed that, see you all next Sunday
