Title: Sunday Social Ride

Weather looking ok for now on Sunday, dry but chilly with a light south easterly if the BBC weather app is to be believed.

Out into the Vale and back home round the coast with a coffee stop in Llantwit, 39.77miles and 1,628ft  of climbing.

Brackla - Treoes - Llangan - Llansannor - Welsh St Donats - Bonvilston - Green Dragon Lane - St Athan - Eglwys Brewis - Boverton - Llantwit - Marcross - St Brides - Ogmore - Ewenny - Home

Yep, I'll be up for a gentle ride.  See if these pain meds are as good as I think they are???

Four of us out today, me, Chris, Carl and the return of Lee.
Another enjoyable social ride in good conditions. Pleased I was unable to make the chasers ride again this week ;D Followed the route as planned and riding well as a group. Well done to Carl today for his efforts on the hills, making good progress. Good coffee stop at Café Velo on the way home where the Portuguese Custard Tarts were fresh out of the oven, very good.
