Title: AGM meeting

Hi all,

as November approaches its time to think about a date for the AGM to take place.

Can I ask all those that need to give reports please make a start on them ready for the eventual date when set.

points to note on the AGM....some places will need volunteers (then voted on) to take over some positions becoming vacant.

We will vote on changing club night to a Monday instead of a Friday

Due to COVID restrictions and the mallorca trip it is not possible to follow the club rules on the date of the AGM (it would be this Friday!!!)

How about  the 12th November for the AGM and this will be the last of the Friday meetings ( If the vote goes as expected to move to monday's).

As proposals for rule changes must be submitted in writing 14 days prior to the AGM, can I propose discussion of...

The date of the AGM is changed to the first Monday of November going forward. (If the move to Mondays gets the vote as expected)

 Thanks to all that came to the AGM last night and for those that past on appols. The mins will be emailed out as soon as possible.

Please note the vote on moving club nights to a Monday went through, so  Monday 15th 20:00 is start of new club night....hope to see you there!!!!!! :) :) :) :) :) 8)
