suggest we support inaugural Prostate Cymru 5 valleys sportive, see thread in general discussions

Due to the group splitting at the start (those 5 minute start gaps were far too long IMO), I ended up catching Neil just past Coychurch and stuck with him for the Long Route.

One or two wrong turns taken but Neil and I made it to the finish with Strava recording 73.6 miles...

I had a puncture just outside Bridgend and gave up - went mountain biking instead :)
