followed the route out to Rhossili taking in the cycle path from Black pill and along a new road towards Rhossili which would have been better without the headwind
Coffee and cake stop in Rhossili while watching some hang gliders.
back to mumbles where we hit traffic and hopped onto the cycle path for a change. Steady pace back to Bridgend
