Another week without Mr Bowmer so my suggestion for this weekend's heatwave is a more local route

I'll be out Sunday, been a while, looking forward to it!

Any 'Amblers' who want to get out, come along and I'm happy to adjust pace accordingly

8 riders turned up today for a Chasers ride in the extreme heat.
Lee, Chris, Andy, Denise, Richard B, Denise and appearing on permit from the Pacers Rob C and Paul N plus myself.Generally a leisurely pace this morning for a bit of an up and down ride taking in Pyle, Margam, Porthcawl, back through Pyle Cross and up over Cefn Cribwr, Heol y Cyw, up St Mary Hill before a coffee stop at Cafe Nero in Cowbridge.Paul and Chris peeled off after the coffee leaving the rest of us to struggle on through the heat. Many thanks to Rob C for allowing Denise and myself to hang onto his tail from Llantwit to St Brides giving us many personal bests.

Good run today with good company, hopefully be able to make it next weekend
