for those of us who were going away next what would you like to each day? the weather is looking good. I'm keeping the week due to using up my holidays and currently, my temperature is well below virus temp.
here are some of my ride suggestions - of course, this all hinges on if most of us are not in self-isolation or lockdown currently Spain and Italy you are not allowed to ride your bike and face a 1000euro fine
also the other thing which might change like Austria is you are not allowed a group over 5 FFS >:(
we could go to nash point to get our lighthouse fix
aberdare brecon usk and back
upto tirabad -devils staircase and back
Black mountain
Velothon loop over the tumble
trip over the 7 bridge and tintern
Gospel pass --- this would require an early start

Clubs:
Our recommendation to clubs is that no organised activity (including rides, training, coaching, events) should take place during this period, in line with government advice on social gatherings on non-essential travel.
We are directing Welsh Cycling staff to suspend their organised activity with clubs and groups.
You can still go out on your bike – we just recommend that you follow the latest advice with regards to hygiene and social distancing. More information in the links below.

For the next few weeks I will be social distancing and not posting club rides for Sunday's.
Until things change from non essential journeys.

Good advice, I will be doing the same.
Only leave the house for essential things. In my case work and food.
I will be limiting my outdoor training as much as possible.
Stay safe and help protect the vulnerable.
