A few of us are planning on going out tomorrow, 9:30am start with coffeee stop at Cafe Velo.

About 70km
Out round the coast through Ogmore and Southerdown, through Wick and out on the Barry Road, Aberthaw, Rhoose, St Athan, Llantwit Major, Marcross, Death Valley and home, with the coffee stop on the way back. Weather not looking too promising so may be coffee stop on way out and straight home!

Miserable conditions this morning, light rain and wind all morning, but still great to get out in the fresh air and out of the house.
6 of us left Physique, me, Chris G, Reece, Nigel, Mark R and Rob. Not the healthiest group with lots of coughs and splutters in the peloton today. Followed the route as posted picking up visitor rider Vaughan (not Paul as I called him all the way round) en route and briefly joined by Andy Harries in Rhoose. But no sign of Dan who was also planning to join us. The weather on the way out was that poor we did discuss going directly to Cafe and back. But we pressed on with the motivation of the coffee stop on the way home. And we did all enjoy the coffee stop with a long stay and double coffees all round. Then back home on the main road with Rob and Nigel doing a great turn on the front for us all. Chris G heading back directly through Cowbridge.
Andy not around this Sunday, we did discuss a route and will probably do the Aberdare loop clockwise, 9-30 start from Physique.
