trip up through Aberdare over Penderyn moor coffee stop in Merthyr and back home.
if the weather is kind to us on the way back we could go around the vale.

Damp on the roads at least it stayed dry all day.quick pace today upto aberdare there wasn't much conversation going on.
Over penderyn moor where me rob and Adrian had a 10 minute wait at the bottom has Paul R had a puncture.
Costa in Merthyr
Back down to Pontypridd where I think we hit every single red light.
