    Deep disappointment this morning as there was no show from MrBrowmer (to much gin most prob), moods were soon lightened with the surprise appearance of Steven Medley who we havent seen for a while since recovering from his crash. It soon warmed up as we reached Britton Ferry where we picked up Lyn from the Cwmcarn CC, we then headed upwards to Ystragynglais where Steven pulled off for Severn Sisters. With the lumps and bumps taking there toll, we decided to stop for coffee in Craig-y-Nos which had a stunning backdrop. The scenery from here just got better as we climbed Bwlch Cerrig Duon as we followed the river up to the top, views were spectacular there. Next Black Mountain with Lyn and Chappers leading the way, quick regroup on top and then down to Brynamman. Roads were quick from here, so with the pace and heat taking its toll we ended up in Costas Neath at 1.30 so we had made excellent time.
 Great route today, its amazing what South Wales has to offer cyclists when the weather is good

Great ride today. The ice cream half way up the black mountain hit the spot 😀
