Chaingang celebrates the big three o by throwing a party! It consists of 8 laps and isotonic liquid refreshment.

15 or so turned up at the party!  Good strong group.  46.26....

Got shelled out the back at 5 1/2 laps.

The pace seemed turbulent at times and found it difficult to maintain a rhythm.

Solo for the rest......still managed a 49.00 dead.

Hay Ho there's always next week to look forward too !!!!!!.
