Title: Amblers ride 31 March 0900 Clocks spring forward

Sunday’s ride will be suitable for all riding abilities so feel free to come along, there will be a coffee stop and then a loop to suit the Llantwit gang. Weather is looking good for this time of year. Don’t forget to change your clock.

Four suspects out in the blazing weather today, Nick, Carrie, Geoff H and me. Where did we go? Pencoed, Brynna turned left at the Eagle, Wern Tarw, Brynmemyn, Llangeinor, Bettws, down Shwt, Old Llan village then up onto the ridgeway, finally ending up in Park Slip cafe. Then down to the Fountain and back to Bridgend. Somewhere different in two weeks, weather permitting.

Lovely ride today, albeit a bit brisk on the more exposed bits of countryside. It's mostly all new to me (and how to pronounce the place names is a bit of a challenge to this immigrant Kentishman), but really liking it so far - thanks Ron, Nick, Carrie for routing, guidance and company. Looking forward to more next time.
