Thanks Harpo.
I'll be bringing Keith and the tandem out. I'm easy on the route can do Swansea mumbles or aberdare loop or even discuss on the morning depending on who turns up   ;D

Out today were
Myself
Chris Goodwin
Dave W
Keith
Mark R
Chappers
Good to see the Tandem out today with Dave W and keith, its been a while! Birthdayboy Dave's choice for destination so thankfully we headed for Mumbles. Good strong turns from Mark and believe it or not, Chappers! 8)  Nice tailwind there and stopped at Castellammare for coffee.  The headwind home was not to bad and made good time on return so decided for another coffee on Porthcawl seafront.
Good ride today and thanks for being gentle on me with tired legs
