You have to be logged in to see file to download, its been downloaded 19 times so far so log in then it should work.

Club Mid week TT

Is the sign-on time for the first few Club Mid-Week TT events 'by 6.15pm?'

I can see it was last year.  I have been asked the questions, and would hate for people to turn up for the usual 6.45pm cut off and miss the event.
