It's back to normal this week-9.45 at B&Q.Forecast currently ok for the morning.
Paul is off work so there'll be at least 2 of us-half term may tie up others but if you're out come and join us!

Hi, Tom;
As a relative newcomer to Llantwit, I was looking for a new club to join and have already been introduced to the Sunday Amblers group by Ben, and I was wondering if you could let me have more info on the scope and nature (pace, distance, coffee stops etc) of the mid-week rides?

Hi Geoff I think Tom leaves llantwit about 9 -9.15 To cycle to BQ in Bridgend to do the mid week ride usually amblers pace social ride about 30 miles I’m sure you’ll get more information from Tom if you get to BQ at 9.45

yes Geoff,come along-it'll be similar to the Amblers.We meet  near the traffic lights where you turn left(at the roundabout)to Troes.(Across the road from Starbucks)

Hodge?? Hope to get out myself if only for a couple of hours but Chris M is arranging a ride,waiting to hear where and when they are meeting.Will post again when I have more info

Ron-Chris's group are meeting at Troes at 9.30 to go over the Bwllch-several Amblers in group I think.Unfortunately Chris and I had a mix-up over which day he'd be out this week and I don't have enough time for that.I'm sure they'd welcome you if you want to join them but if you're not let me know and I'll see you at B&Q at 9.45.If I don't hear from you I'll assume you're doing the Bwllch and go somewhere else solo(again!)

I won’t be out for a while Tom having a scan on my back on Sunday and I’ll  wait for the results before I do much cycling

Thanks to Tom and Ron for the ride today, a real pair of gentlemen, nothing like what i'd been told  ;D

We do not get called gentlemen very often but a nice day for a ride.
