Title: RR 2 Sunday 17th February

This Sunday is the second of the club Reliability Rides.

50 miles over the Bwlch, Llangeinor and the common. I mention this as one or two riders have inadvertently missed Llangeinor after descending from the Bwlch!

There are two options:-

50 miles in 3.5 hours (ave 14.2mph) Start at 8:30am
50 miles in  3 hours  (ave 16.6mph)  Start at 9:00am

Please note sign on is 15 mins, before your scheduled start time and no GPS devices are allowed.

I’ll be there, but only as far as Pencoed, birthday party to go too. I think I will go with the 8 30 group this week. Same rules apply, new riders will not be left behind. I hope there are more than 3 this week other wise I will bring my Mother. Please add your name to this list for the timer to know if he needs a second pen. Leave your watch and computer in the house please.

Just a little info about tomorrow’s Reliability ride, we will ride as a group trying to keep to the average speed. The group may split up going up the Bwlch, tomorrow I will stay at the back so no one gats lost or misses the mini Bwlch. The weather is looking good for this time of year, which is a good reason for lots of riders to take part. See you all at 8 15 for a 8 30 kick off.

Thanks to Andy for cycling all the way from DP to time the event, Dave is winning the timers hat catagory. Nice weather for a second week.
