Title: Chasers Club run Sunday 9th December
Post by: Andy H on December 06, 2018, 02:26:14 PM
Looks like it'll be a tad windy Sunday,  45mph on BBC forecast.

I'll wait and see before posting a suggested route

Forecast improving, still a strong westerly so suggest heading out into it and getting blown back home!

Will post a route later.

Only four out for the Chasers this morning. Grey skies, a hint of drizzle and the promise of a solid headwind on the outward leg to Swansea.

Out today were:-
Tony
Terry
Richard B
and myself

Shared the work riding out into the wind, with the others waiting for me on the 'lumpy' bits.
Skipped the Christmas market at the Marina, with Tony and Terry settling down to 'breakfast' rolls at the coffee stop. Very jealous but sure it wouldn't have helped my riding!  :o
The pace went up on the way home and as a result I was struggling by the time we got to Margam.
Couple of showers at various points but an enjoyable ride.
Thanks for waiting guys!

Yes very enjoyable route today, thanks Andy, and good team work. Good workout in readiness for next week's longer ride.

Yeah good quartet today. Challenging conditions at times.  :) How many times did we catch the pacers up ?  :o
