At the risk of stealing the tandem's thunder, I'd just like to send a link to  a fundraising event that I'm doing with Christ Tasker. (former club coach and honorary member).

We will be 'running' the 300 km (187 miles) of the Pembrokeshire Coastal path, over 5 days, starting next Wednesday 2nd May.

We are raising funds for the Velindre Cancer Centre, please take a look and donate if you feel able to

is this a self supported event i.e. are you carrying everything and sleeping tents?

As I messaged you, yes self-supported but with the luxury of a VW campervan to kip in!  ;D
