Agree with all but the listen to music one. 'Bend and tuck elbows' is an instant way to go 1-2mph faster on the same power.

Don’t forget the knees, as for listening to music while riding, it’s not the best idea. Bad enough avoiding pedestrians with earphones plugged in and when you swerve to avoid them they shout “ haven’t you got a bell” And there were “Aero Bikes”, I’m one of the 5%
