Thanks for accomodating Keith and i with the route Harpo, enjoyed. Thanks to everyone helping to drag us up the climbs and get Keith to his mileage goal. Keith was strong today, well done. Happy new year.

Good ride  today , six of us out myself, Nigel, Paul R, Steven , Greg and Kieth on the Tandem
Tough on the way out into a nasty headwind, we all worked well together and had a well deserved coffee stop at Castellamare with great views! Tailwind on the way back with the tandem going well even over the lumps
apologies for the shouting at Paul (not really  :) ) Its worked for Nigel and Reece its a pleasure to cycle with them these days 8)

Good coffee stop today my first time there and recommended stop for the future. Good ride today but hard work into wind probably not the best thing to do with a TT tomorrow.  Thanks all and happy new year all OVW

Pleasant surprise to see you all in the Mumbles. I was very jealous, especially as I guessed you’d have some fun on the return with a tail wind. Happy New Year all!
