Weather looking good for Sunday and flat route as promised. Round the coast and out towards Cardiff with a coffee stop in St Fagans. I believe the main building at St Fagans is now open and I'm assuming the café is in there somewhere still. And then home through the lanes. Just over 50 miles.

Another good turn out this morning helped no doubt by the continued good spell of weather, and good to see some old faces who have not been out for a few weeks. 11 of us set out from Physique with Nick "Part-Ride King" Langley joining us for coffee and cake in St Fagans (Source: Strava) ;D Out today were;
RB
Tony
Terry
Neil
Chris Goodwin
Lee Stoneham
Richard Lewis
James
Hannah
Mark
Patrick, and
Nick
We followed the route as planned, riding as a good group for the most part, with long turns on the way out from Chris. Good coffee and cake stop at St Fagans, I was relived to see there was a caffe and it was open when we arrived. Good pace home fuelled by the cake.
Hope to see you all out again next Sunday and I will try to post a route again on Wednesday or Thursday.

New cafe and main building really good, they've done a good job. Lots more space inside and seating outside too. Bikes visible. And good coffee and cake.

A very enjoyable ride yesterday Rich and a nice flat (ish) route. The new café at St Fagans was really good too, particularly the super-fast service and posh toilets! ;D
