The Vale Express had it's final departure for the summer last night and so we are back to the Industrial Estate. It's poor surface is well documented but it does provide a central location which has street lights and is largely free of traffic for the winter. The pace should slow for September and October and then start to rise in late Dec and 2018 as we start thinking about next season and not getting hammered in Mallorca ! As such, I would like to invite those of you who have got out of the habit and those yet to try it to start turning up! It's 1900 at the top car park and 8 x 2.5mile laps (although you can do fewer if you want)
I'm leaving you in the able hands of xrayspex ( Chris G), who will take over for a few months.
