Title: Pacers Club Runs ~ Sunday 17th September Onwards
Post by: Jason T on September 14, 2017, 01:21:11 PM
I may not be out for the next couple of Sundays with the pacers, I need to take it easy so no hard efforts for me at the moment.

Would anyone like to take on the rides or as previously mentioned just pass it around week by week?

Thanks,

Jason

I've got a bit of a health issue at the moment, being sent for some tests next week and waiting on a referral to the hospital now.

It seems that I should be Ok cycling at the moment, but any type of efforts may not be good so I'm thinking some solo gentle spins for the time being  :(

How are you doing?

Sorry to hear that Jason.hope it gets better.
I don't mind doing this week's run it's just a question of how far and how many hills.

Hope it all works out OK for you Jason, similar situation with me too done something to my kidneys which seems to get aggravated every time I do a hard session on the bike, worst thing is drinking beer makes it worse too. Waiting to hear back from some scans etc. Doing my head in!

Cheers Chaps ~ That doesn't sound too good there Paul, hopefully they can find out what it is and it won't be anything too serious.

Smashfest with the tandem on Sunday then  ;)

Great turnout the good weather brought everyone out for the smash fest and who could go to the front first

Today's route took us out to neath up to Hirwaun. Where me Keith and Steven decided to take the dual carriage so as not to slow the rest down on the hill. Chapman punctured delaying their arrival at  Bradley's coffee shop.
The return leg was another smash fest through ponty back to Bridgend.

Riders out today
Harpo
Chapman
Greg
Reece
Nigel
Mark R
Paul R
Steven M
Keith B
Karl
John E

great ride today everyone ;D
