Drove down to Brackla feeling less than enthusiastic, this morning, rain already falling and a mixed forecast for the rest of the day. However it was fine by the time I arrived in Brackla which was just as well as I had no rain jacket with me!  :-[

Six riders out this morning, Mike, Tom, James, Chris, Adrian and myself. Largely avoided the rain apart from a brief shower around 'Smilog', few lumps and lanes, coffee stop in Dyffryn gardens, then Tom led the charge for home, via Welsh St Donats. Mike and James looking very strong on the hills, Adrian holding on well after stepping up from Amblers rides.

I'm away next Sunday so would somebody like to post a route, in my absence?

Thanks Andy,excellent route,lots of hills and lanes just my taste.As I said I'd do that every week.
Felt a bit sorry for James, who wasn't well recently-I could see how poorly he was as he disappeared into the distance.Thanks to all for good company and forbearance at my chatter!
