Title: 37 Climbs to Conquer
Post by: Nick Langley on June 24, 2017, 10:01:48 AM
A little bit of inspiration for club rides over the summer maybe. Would anyone boldly make the claim that they have completed all of these, if not how many? Ive managed 12 of them, anyone done any more?

I've ridden 18 of them.  I'd like to bag the Gospel Pass this Summer. Gwaelod-y-Garth should be on the list too, it's seriously cheeky, bordering insolent!

27 conquered, some many many times-the obvious ones.Three deserve special mention with regard to beautiful views-Gospel pass, lung and leg busting efforts-Rhiwr Road the worst of all closely followed by Ponty golfclub, and (I agree with Mark) my most local climb-I have fallen off twice!! doing this little devil of a hill, several years ago on my 1979 mad-geared steel steed having started riding with cleats that week!!😳Some others we know probably should be included if the list could be extended-Oakdale and the Tumble from east side are both fairly grim
