***So the plan for Sunday is to start at 08:00***
We'll head out to Talbot Green, Cardiff, Newport, Caldicot and then over the bridge to England.... we'll then head back to Tintern, Trelleck, Usk, Pontypool, Caerphilly and home;

We could plan for a coffee stop in Usk and Caerphilly, we may need to stop to top up with water here and there as it might be a warm one.
If people are up for it we could always cut out the Newbridge bypass and go over the Oakdale climb again ;D
08:00 will be a little early for me to get there so I will be at Castell Mynach for 08:40;

-
Yeah, we know what his directions are like.
-
I enjoyed this route last year(not Oakdale where several of us walked!!) but not sure I am up to it in terms of both pace and distance endurance now.What sort of pace do you expect Jason?
-
Dodgy get a grip how you going to manage wales in a day?
-
Looking at the weather conditions I think once we amble through Cardiff and pass Rover Way things will get pretty rapid ;D
-
I notice the Eastern link road opened this week,it has a cycle path linking to Rover Way but may not be en route for you
-
I have a day pass, so I'll meet you at Castell Mynach with Jase. Remember to put sun-cream on 8)
-
As Allan has a day pass we'll have to do Oakdale.
-
I'll meet those coming from Bridgend by pencoed college about 8:10.
-
I'll be thinking of you as I trek across the Brecon Beacons!
Not sure who's going to feel the heat more, have a good ride.
-
Not many coffee stop options up there, hope there will be plenty of water.
