Title: Club Kit Order
Post by: RichardB on May 09, 2017, 03:01:09 PM
The Club's Pactimo Team Store will be opened again next Monday, the 15 May and will be open for 1 week. As soon as the Store is closed Pactimo will process our order and we should take delivery within 4 weeks of the Store closing, so we should receive the clothing on or around 19 June.
The following items in the new design will be included in the Store.
Ascent short sleeve jersey
Continental long sleeve jersey
Ascent Vector bib shorts
Ascent short sleeve skin suit
Breckenridge vest [gilet]
Arm warmers
Mitts
Cotton Cap

I will be posting some more details to this thread over the next few days to include pricing, links to clothing specifications, and how to order from the Team Store. In the meantime if you have any questions just ask.

Hi Richard,

The Pactimo website seems to suggest that the Continental Jersey and the Ascent Jersey are the same size and fit as each other, Race Form Fit looking at their size guide;
https://www.pactimo-custom.com/pages/custom-cycling-clothing-size-chart

Would you happen to have any info to back this up as if so I would be a size small in the ascent?  :o

Thanks for the work that you've put in to the re-design with Pactimo.

Cheers,

Jason

The Ascent and Continental jerseys are not the same size, the Continental comes up generous. We had the fit kits for the last order and a number of people fed back on the sizing at that time including myself.
The Ascent sizing is pretty consistent with the sizing the club kit from previous suppliers.
We've gone with the lower specification Continental for the LS jersey as it is has the fleece/roubaix lining, which the Ascent does not have, and is therefore a warmer jersey for the cooler months than the Ascent. We could also add in the Ascent LS later if there is demand for it.
In terms of sizing my club kit to date is mainly medium, I would also have the Ascent SS in a medium but would go down a size to a small for the Continental
LS.
Hope that is helpful.

Cheers Richard ~ Sounds like I would need to size up to a medium for the ascent then.

All
See attached for the pricing.

Note there are 2 size options on the Ascent Vector Bib Shorts, for the Men the standard size comes with a 4.5cm compression band and there is also the option of a Long with a 7.5cm band. For the Women' shorts the standard size is the 7.5cm.

Note the Breckenridge Vest is an all-season Gilet and comes with the traditional 3 rear pockets. Pactimo also do an Evergreen Vest but this is lightweight with a mesh back and no rear pockets and not included in our Store for these reasons.

You may need to copy the link into your browser. Select product lines and Ascent or Continental or Outerware for the Gilet, Gloves and Cap

Both the Continental and Breckenridge ranges are a more generous fit than the Ascent and you should consider going down a size.

Instructions for using the Store when it is open to follow.

I'm looking to get a skin suit and wear a large short sleeve  bioracer club top. Anybody got the same size club top and own the pactimo skin suit. If so what size skin suit do you have ?

I'm thinking the large skin suit based on the size chart but grateful for any advice based upon past purchases.

OVW TEAM STORE
The OVW Pactimo Store will open from tomorrow, Monday 15 May, and be open until Sunday 21 May. Once the Store is closed the order will be processed for delivery within 4 weeks. Estimated date of delivery is currently 19 June but could be earlier than this.  Please use the following link to access the store;

https://teamstore.pactimo.com/stores/select

You will be prompted to enter a password, the password is "ogmore". You will then be able to see the items in the store to select, being the custom items
Ascent Short Sleeve Jersey
Continental Long Sleeve Jersey
Ascent Vector Bib Shorts
Ascent Skinsuit
Breckenridge Vest [Gilet]
Arm warmers
Mitts
Cap

Plus a number of non-custom Pactimo products, base layers and light weight rain coats.

All prices are exclusive of VAT, you will then be charged VAT at 20% and a handling and delivery fee of 2%. I've shared the pricing earlier in this tread. For new customers, once you have selected your items and gone to the basket to pay you will be prompted to create an account.

If you are using a visa debit you should inform your bank first as otherwise the purchase transaction will be blocked by your bank.  Pactimo are a US-based clothing company and banks will initially block visa debit transactions.  When banks are informed prior to placing the order the transactions will be processed without any problem. Visa and Master Card are accepted but not American Express.  ENTERED ORDERS CANNOT BE CANCELLED, if a wrong size is entered we can alter it BEFORE we close the team store but not after the store has been closed. ALL ITEMS ARE NON-RETURN. If you have queries around sizing put something on this thread as others who already have Pactimo kit and specific items of kit may be able to advise.

We will not be purchasing for stock and plan to open the store again at the end of the summer ready for the autumn and winter. We will add further custom items at this time to include bib knickers, longs and arm warmers.

If you encounter any problems just let me know and I will look to get them resolved with our account manager.

Thanks
Richard

Hi all,

I haven't bought Pamlico kit before. My current tired kit
Confides; Jersey size 9 & Shorts size M
Decca shorts  unsure of the size but I think it's a M

I have a feeling that I am now a Large. Nowadays, if my chest of 39 is correct then the waist is "tight"
Would a large or medium be Oklahoma?
Thanks
Mark

SIZING
My experience of the Pactimo Ascent range is that the size is consistent with that for the kit we have previously had from Bioracer and Decca.
With the skinsuit you may then choose to go down a size for a tighter fit.
The Continental range is not the same race fit as the Ascent. Those who tried on the fit kits last year chose to go down a size.
We do have a couple of short sleeve and long sleeve jerseys at the Club if anyone wants to try these for size. There is an Ascent short sleeve jersey in a medium and large and a Contintental long sleeve jersey in a small and medium.
We haven't had clothing from the Breckenridge range previously. I have been in touch with another club that has kit across all ranges and the advice I had from them was that the Breckenridge is also a generous fit like the Continental.
Hope this is helpful.

Well I have been feeling optimistic for my waist line. I ordered a Large in the short then decided to adjust the order.  I sent an email through their Live Chat at 22:00 and got an almost immediate response.  The response from Angie was excellent, I gave my order ref and the size I wanted.  Within five minutes it was changed.  That was great, swift service.

Latest update on the kit order. It is scheduled to be despatched on Monday 12 June and should hopefully be with me on the Thursday or Friday of that week. If all goes to plan I can then bring it to the Friday Night Club Night on 16 June for distribution.

UPDATE

I have taken delivery of the Club Kit order today, so less than 4 weeks turnaround from closing the store to delivery.

I will definitely be at the Club night tomorrow and the kit can be collected from there tomorrow and subsequent Fridays.

For those who didn't placed orders there will be some items in stock but this will not include short sleeve jerseys or shorts. From memory the stock items will be LS jerseys and gilets in limited sizes, mitts, arm warmers and caps. I'll provide more detail tomorrow.

Hi All
Tim has kindly agreed to meet me this evening to get access to the club kit order from the Village Hall which I will then keep at home until Friday.
So if anyone desperately needs their kit before Friday you are welcome to collect it from me, just let me know. I'm out Tuesday and Thursday so it will need to be this evening, after 7 or Wednesday.

Yes of course. I'll be there around 5-45 as we are off at 6-42, so if you want them to ride you'll need to be there in good time.

Sorry not to have been in touch Rich,it's probably easier for me to collect from you rather than Club so if it's no trouble can you hang on to mine and I'll collect at your convenience in the next few days-don't worry if this is too late!
Thanks,Tom

Hi Allan, I'm only picking up your post now as I was out yesterday evening. The kit is kept in the village hall where the club nights are held on a Friday. Are you able to get there next Friday? If not I can go and collect and we can then work out how best to get it to you.

Hi Ben, early September for early/mid October delivery. We may also add longs and 3/4 bibs into the store for the Autumn/Winter.
There is still old kit in stock, but I don't have the stock list at home so you'd need to check the cupboard in the village hall on a Friday. There is also new Pactimo kit in stock but this is limited and the sizes are also limited. There are long sleeve jerseys in size, S, M, L only.

Hi All
I'd put up a post a couple of weeks ago on outerwear but there has been no response so we will look at this next year now.

As we are all purchasing directly on an individual basis there is now very little kit held in stock, just a small number of items to get us to the minimums. See attached. I've attached a stock list but this needs updating and next time I'm up the club I'll do a physical stock take.

The plan now is to open the store again in 2 weeks time for the usual week, 4 weeks turnaround so looking at delivery for mid November. The store will have all of the custom items that have previously been available.
Short and long sleeve jerseys
Skinsuits
Gilets
Bib shorts
Caps
Arm warmers
and Mitts

It is unlikely we would then open it again until April time, so anyone wanting club kit for Majorca would need to buy now.

Will keep you updated and in the meantime if you have any questions please ask.

Richard

Plan to open the shop again as indicated in the post immediately above your post. Because we are now ordering on an individual basis there is now very little stock to try out the sizing sorry. When we introduced the new clothing ranges we had fit kits from the supplier but these take some arranging to get in. The best thing to do would be to talk to others about what sizes they have been purchasing. For example in the Ascent range I'm a medium. But the Continental range is a more generous fit and I'd go down to a small. There was also a stock list on the last post and we do have the Continental jerseys in stock in S,M and L so you could try those for size. The kit is held in the chapel hall in Coity where we meet on Fridays.
I'll post a new thread now regarding the opening of the Store.

Good idea but it will need to be this coming Friday as the plan is to open the Store from the 15th.
