tomorrows"Amblers" ride is port Talbot and over the Bwlch, which is a practise for the Reliability 50 miler, carry warm gloves and a wind proof jacket, you must also eat and drink plenty for the 3 hour ride. weather looks reasonable but wrap up for the decent. All are welcome we ride to the slowest rider. Coffee stop at Argoed may be possible.

I think it may be fairly icy again tomorrow,if so I will be erring on the side of caution and going out later-take care on the Bwllch if it is!
