The above link is the proposed route for tomorrow's ride, as follows:
Brackla - Coychurch - Pencoed - Ruthin - Llangan - Pentre Meyrick - Llysworney - Llandow - Llantwit Major - Wick - St Brides - Southerndown - Ogmore - Ewenny - Dipping Bridge - A48 - Porthcawl - Kenfig Pool - Margam Park - A48 - Hafodheulog - Tondu - Brynmenyn - Coity - Brackla
It's just under 54 miles and the plan is to have coffee at the Broom Wagon. Don't forget that the December and January start time from Physiques in Brackla is 0930, so it's lie in's all round! ;D
See you tomorrow.

Hi mark. Just be aware that the road which the broomwagan is on, has a christmas extravaganza tomorrow. So it be busy.

Hello Mark. I'd like to stretch my legs and move up from the 25ers this week and give the chasers a go. If the pace is a too hot for me I can dive off for home at the Dipping Bridge. See you at 09.30.

Thanks Lea. I've got a plan B. Look forward to seeing you tomorrow Steve. Hopefully the pace will be a pleasant surprise!

A surprisingly tough, enjoyable but stop/start ride today. We had a couple of punctures inside the first 10 miles or so, so we were quite late finishing the ride. Riding into a headwind on the way home was a nice bonus, as was the giant sized slices of cake on Porthcawl seafront. Due to the hold-ups we cut the ride slightly short and finished at a smidgin under 50 miles. There were 12 Chasers out today, including Steve H riding with us for the first time, and Chris Reed returning from exile! Out today were:
Mal
Will J
Rich B
Jonathan
Tony M
Steve H
James C
Nick L
Lee S
Lea W
Chris R
Mark P
See you next week.

Good ride whilst I lasted but didn't want to push the dodgy knee too hard. I got round to letting Mark know but me and the girlfriend are expecting our first child, due 30th May....such an inconvenience to the cycling season 😉
